Suspensys assesses its performance by participating in programs such as the PGQP ( Quality and Productivity Program of the State of Rio Grande do Sul) and Randon Quality Merit.
Suspensys and its suppliers have achieved the main certifications required by the automotive sector. This enables the company to supply its products to the main OEM companies of trucks, buses and road equipment.
ISO 9001 Suspensys achieved this certification in 2003, same year in which the company`s industrial plant began to officially operate. This certification - the first one obtained by Suspensys - includes requisites for quality systems and has been replaced by the ISO/TS 16949.
In 2004, anticipating the needs of its customers, Suspensys achieved four other certifications, namely:
